Exchange & Return Policy

For hygiene and personal safety reasons, lingerie and underwear items cannot be exchanged or returned after delivery, except in the following cases:

- Manufacturing defect
- Receiving a wrong item
- Receiving a product different from the confirmed order

If any of the above cases applies, please contact our customer service team within 24–48 hours of receiving your order, with clear photos of the product and its packaging.

Homewear items may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item is:

- Unused
- Unwashed
- In its original condition
- With all original packaging and tags

Refunds are accepted only for defective or incorrect items after review and approval by our team.

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

حرصًا على النظافة والسلامة الشخصية، لا يتم استبدال أو إرجاع منتجات اللانجري والملابس الداخلية بعد الاستلام، إلا في الحالات التالية:

- وجود عيب تصنيع
- وصول منتج خاطئ
- وصول منتج مختلف عن الطلب المؤكد

في حالة وجود أي من الحالات السابقة، يرجى التواصل مع خدمة العملاء خلال 24–48 ساعة من استلام الطلب، مع إرسال صور واضحة للمنتج والتغليف.

بالنسبة لمنتجات Homewear، يمكن طلب الاستبدال خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط أن يكون المنتج:

- غير مستخدم
- غير مغسول
- بحالته الأصلية
- بجميع التغليف والتاجات الخاصة به

يتم قبول الاسترجاع فقط في حالة وجود عيب تصنيع أو وصول منتج خاطئ، وذلك بعد مراجعة الطلب والموافقة عليه من فريقنا.
